Program Overview
What you will do with our program
Madrid (Days 1-7)
Cultural Immersion, Personal Development, and Language Introduction
Participants will explore Madrid’s rich cultural heritage while learning basic Spanish and participating in personal growth workshops.
Oviedo (Days 8-14)
Interdisciplinary Learning and Personalized Coaching
This phase focuses on interdisciplinary studies, including social sciences, STEM, and arts. Students also receive personalized coaching based on their learning styles and needs.
Alicante (Days 15-21)
Vocational Exploration and Practical Learning
Participants engage in vocational workshops and professional networking opportunities. Hands-on projects and community service initiatives help students apply their new skills in real-world settings.
Madrid (Days 22-26)
Capstone Projects and Closing Ceremony
Participants will present their final interdisciplinary projects and celebrate their achievements during a special closing ceremony.

Why you should join us
As part of the BOGLIA EDUCACIÓN experience, participants will stay in comfortable, centrally located hostels throughout Spain. However, our accommodation is more than just a place to sleep—it’s an opportunity to create a self-sustained community.
Students will live together in shared rooms, fostering teamwork and collaboration while building a sense of responsibility and shared living. Each group will play an active role in managing the daily upkeep of the hostel and helping with tasks such as:

Application Process
How to join us
1. Application Form
The application form collects essential details and helps us ensure that the program is a good fit for each participant. You will need to provide:
Personal Information:
Full Name, Date of Birth, Contact Details and Emergency Contact Information
Academic Background:
A brief overview of your educational background, including current school or institution, areas of interest, and any extracurricular activities.
Languages Spoken:
Indicate your level of Spanish proficiency (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and other languages spoken.
Personal Statement:
A 500-word essay explaining why you are interested in joining BOGLIA EDUCACIÓN. Share your goals, how the program aligns with your interests, and what you hope to achieve.
Recommendation Letters:
At least one academic recommendation letter is required. Additional letters from mentors, employers, or coaches are also welcome.
Special Needs Information (Optional):
Applicants may disclose any learning differences, disabilities, or neurodiversity needs so that we can provide appropriate support during the program.
2. Health and Safety Procedures
The health and safety of our participants are our top priority. All participants are required to submit medical clearance forms before the program begins.
Travel and Health Insurance:
Participants must have valid travel and health insurance throughout the program. BOGLIA EDUCACIÓN will also provide basic health coverage for emergency situations.
Medical Clearance:
Each participant must provide documentation from a healthcare professional stating that they are medically fit to participate in the program. If necessary, we will accommodate specific dietary or health needs.
Emergency Contacts:
Every participant must provide a list of emergency contacts who can be reached in the event of an urgent situation.
3. Child Protection Policy
We are committed to safeguarding all participants, particularly minors, during their time with us. Our child protection policy includes:
Vetted Staff and Volunteers:
All staff and volunteers undergo thorough background checks and training to ensure a safe and supportive environment for participants.
Code of Conduct:
BOGLIA EDUCACIÓN enforces a strict code of conduct to prevent any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct. Staff and participants are expected to adhere to these guidelines at all times.
Safe Environment:
We provide a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment, and our staff is trained in child safeguarding practices. There are clear procedures in place for reporting and addressing any concerns.
Emergency Protocols:
In case of an emergency, we have a detailed protocol that ensures immediate medical attention, notifying parents/guardians, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
4. Program Pricing and Payment Plan
Tuition Fee:
€5,500 (all-inclusive: accommodation, meals, transportation within Spain, and activities).
Deposit:
A €1,500 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance to secure a spot in the program.
Payment Schedule:
- €2,000 due three months before the program starts.
- The remaining balance of €2,000 is due one month before the program starts.
5. Refund Policy
If you withdraw within three months of the program start date, refunds are only available in cases of documented medical emergencies.
